faith has been broken, tears must be cried. let's do some livin', after we die.

(I just took this photo from somewhere - not sure why, it's just really pretty).

Wearing: Costume Department skirt, Mink Pink crop knit in nude courtesy of Market HQ, Goldie London belt, Matiko Shiloh nude heels, Vero Moda snake ring.

For spring, I'm counting on outfits like these to be my staple looks. My friend, Shawn who's also at the helm of the ridiculously amazing label Costume Department sent me a couple of things from their S/S 11' collection  and this skirt is one of my favorites. What's more perfect than this deep cerulean color? It's actually a sailor style waist, flapped over with a white exposed zip but I decided to go another way to style this outfit.

Also say hello to my new sponsors Market HQ who let me pick a few things from their site to style and I picked *cue feigned shock* all Mink Pink. It makes me sad to think of how predictable I am. I don't have enough knits and thought this nude crop would be the perfect addition. It's cable knit and light enough to wear for the first half of summer (even in India). I belted it to give it a little more shape.
